Ok. From this link, it starts to become clear that you have a PC utilizing USB ports, so then, yes, this cable will work.
What MIDI keyboard do you own? What Operating System is on your PC? What CPU is in your PC?
Just curious.
Anyway, when you buy that USB - MIDI cable, make sure you get the drivers disk.
