using plug ins with pro tools 7

I've just installed pro tools 7 m powered and I have a fast track pro and although everything is going really well pro tools doesn't seem to recognize the plug ins I already had installed on my p.c which is running windows vista.
Is there a plug in scan somewhere??

I've just triied reinstalling my auto tune 4 and now I get an error message on start up. Remove the auto tune file from DAE plug in folder and starts up no problem again????

I'm assuming we're talking Antares here? Have you checked that the iLok dongle is plugged in properly?

Unaware there were any other auto tune programs but yes to both.
