Hello homerecorders!
We´ve been trying to use our sounds in cakewalk, but we don´t know how to do it.
Is there a way to select them within cakewalk?
Can I name the sounds and put them into soundsets?
Is there a specific file format for the samples and software to convert them?

Oooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!
I´m going nutz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks in advance...

Are your sounds samples? In some particular format -- Akai, WAV, what?

What kind of samplers do you have?

Cakewalk has no sound-generation capabilities itself per se, though SONAR supports DXi software synths. If you have some kind of hardware that can play "your sounds," and it's MIDI-compatible (and what isn't theses days), you can trigger it with Cakewalk (or any other sequencer package, for that matter).
