Using Melodyne with Tascam multitracker?

I bought Melodyne recently to use for pitch correctness in my song. I am not sure how this program works with my multitracker(Tascam DP-01fx/cd.) Would I send just a single track(voice) to the program and use it that way or would I send all the tracks? I'm still learning all the functions of multitracking. Fun stuff and I'm hoping to have something on here for you guys to listen to soon and critique ^_^ Thanks all.

Is it a stand alone program or is it a VST that needs to be accessed via a host DAW?

Both, kind of. It depends on which version he has.
