Using headphones . . .

I've got Mona hooked up and running fine (although I'm using the Cool Edit it came bundled with until I get my Cubase installed).
I just recorded some rhythm tracks and want to record some acoustic guitar with it. The rhythm tracks play back fine, but I can't get the rhythm tracks into the headphones and not into the monitors.
I plug the phones into the phone jack on Mona but get no sound in the phones and the rhythm track sound is still going through my monitors.

The phones work fine with my stereo.

Any suggestions?

I have a Layla and use Cep. Make sure your Playback option is correct in Cep.
It could be possible that you have a bad Jack on the card.
After Thought. Just in case.
If your using a 1/8" adapter on your 1/4" headphones to go into the card make sure its stereo.
