Using Delta 44 And My Original Soundcard?

Hi all,
Is it possible to use both because... when recording stuff from a microphone on my original sound card it was loud and fine and i had all the options to record line in, stero mix, cd, and things like that.... but when i go to sound control theirs only the delta 44 listed....
 
Yes, you can use both. Just check for conflicts and IRQ sharing and try to avoid those problems.

how do i do that?
 
i had a look at teh delta and it said no conflicts and i went to the other soundcard and got this....

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

no what should i do?
