I am using a (small-screen) laptop for Reaper. I have just bought a 27inch monitor which looks great. (Unlike some folks, I am happy with using a small screen with a large screen). What I wish to do is (a) have my TCP with tracks in the small screen and the mixer in the larger screen and (b) switch them around so that the TCP is in the large screen and the mixer in the small one. I have spent hours on the internet searching for a video (e. Kenny Gioia type) on how to use a second screen but I simply cannot find any. Does anyone know if such a video exists. My needs with respect to the second screen are quite basic - but I simply cannot find any instructions. Many thanks, Brian

In windows, you can set the second screen to either be a duplicate, or to be an extended display. It's in Display Properties. Choose extended display and you can have different processes on each screen. Set up a floating mixer, and place it on the screen you want. The primary screen should have the task bar on the bottom.

What Rich said. I have my floating mixer on the small screen.

Did this and it works perfectly. Many thanks, guys ! Brian
