Hello my dear guys. I am in the middle of the "don't know what to buy" mode! ;-) I need a good quality usb mic for my vocal recordings. I know you guys probably think a XLR is better but I don't have a studio and a usb mic is pretty good for me. I used to have a Behringer C1U but I sold it because it didn't work fine on my macbook (very low gain).
So! I pretty much came to the conclusion that the winners of the 100-200€ category are the Blue Yeti and the Apogee Mic. The blue yeti has many modes and it's cheaper but the apogee mic seems to sound better and it's way smaller, BUT it seems not to work on windows and one day I may need a windows compatible mic.
I also checked out the Shure PG27-45 USB but they seem to be kinda expensive and don't come with a table support (other stuff to buy).
