US Audio Valley Gatex thingie?

Anyone ever heard of the company US Audio (Valley?)?
I found a used noise gate (the Gatex) by them for pretty cheap in my local Bargain Finder...anyone know if it's any good, or used it/heard (of) it?

Yeah

They're nice and simple units and have seen them in many studios. I've heard they're not too great for drum gating but I really don't know.
