urgent adobe audition issue

up until an hour ago everything has been working normally. now i am no longer able to record -- or more specifically i am unable to arm a track for recording. its greyed out, unavailable.

but its isolated to just the one session so if i could even transfer all the tracks to a new session that would suffice!

seems to be some type of sound card option in the session, but when i compare it to a new session where everything is working everything is configured identically.

frustrating and confusing.

Man.. that doesn't sound like fun. I use Audition also, but I'm not sure if there's a way I can help... sorry!
