Is it at all possible to upgrade from version 4.7 (PC) to 4.81 or what ever came out before version 5? I know you cant do it from the web site.

I dont think there is a version in between.
But you can upgrade to 5.0 for less than half of the cost of new if you have a registered version of 4.7
