up date my PC

This is my first participation to this website and I ask you to help me.
I'd like to up date my PC of my own studio,but there are many options ,ideas and thoughts so I'm really confused.

could you help me by suggesting some useful specifications for it,please?!!

By the way I'm using:
1: M-Audio's ProFire Lightbridge interface
2: Behringer ULTRAGAIN PRO-8 DIGITAL ADA8000 X3
3: Behringer B-CONTROL FADER BCF2000 X3

What are you planning on recording?

Most "off the shelf" PCs these days have ample "grunt" for most home recording tasks, but knowing what you're going to be recording will give us some clues.

The most simple thing to upgrade you computer would be buying more RAM. It's cheap and you can't have too much of it.
