1. I have a collection of .wav files...most are 3-7 seconds long. I was thinking about making a custom .Wav file from a keyboard piano rift. However, I am concerned about length. IS THERE A TIME LIMIT GOVERNING HOW LONG YOU CAN MAKE A .WAV FILE?

2. The .wav software I now use is in my laptop...obtained from a sound search engine (FindSounds Pallete)....and I am outputting these sounds simply out of the headphone jack. The quality seems just fine. No complaint. WOULD....HOWEVER....HOOKING UP....SAY....AN AUDIO INTERFACE SUCH AS M-AUDIO QUATTRO, ETC....WOULD I NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE??? I WOULD THINK SO...BUT AS I SAID, RIGHT NOW....RIGHT OUT OF THE HEADPHONE 1/8 " JACK TO 1/4" MALE SOUNDS JUST FINE......JUST CURIOUS. Thank you.....cF/Tx

1.No.....but I'm certain that there is a limit on the amount of drive space you have ;)

2.Maybe,maybe not........If you just want to listen to some wav files out of your PC then what your using now is fine, but if you want to record some of your own wav's then a more suitable interface is a must.
