Twin Impact plug ins not scanning into Sonar x1....HELP!

Hi There,

The plugin's for my twin impact aren't scanning into sonar x1 for some reason? Had anyone had this problem. I have read on here that some people have managed to get this up and running? Can anyone shed some light...
