turning off and on sequencing with my feet?

I'm trying to find a 8 or 16 track sequencer and have 8 to 16 switch like a midi control floor board to turn"" off and on "" the midi sequenecy tracks with my feet which keyboard let u assign track channel buttons off and on midi channels or CC messages??

I need another pedal or switch to do preset patch up and down so i can move the banks up and down

More switches to do the record, play ,stop buttons to the pedal

So i can do sequency live in real time with my feet
how can i do this please?

They have guitar loops that can loop audio but not midi but it would be the small i idea but with midi using a floor control board doing all the recording sequencings parts in real time how can i do this ?

Abelton Live might be something you'd like. I haven't used it much myself, but it is very easy to set up a midi foot controller to do just about anything you want in the program. There's a video on the Abelton(may be spelled Ableton, can't remember) of a guy doing exactly what you are wanting to do.

ableton live is the way to go, we use it for a similar application, but I use a keystation to trigger vocal effects, samples, and loops on stage.

if you got a midi foot controller like this: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Yamaha-MFC10-MIDI-Footcontroller?sku=700759
a fire wire 410: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/MAudio-FireWire-410-Computer-Recording-Interface?sku=701385
and ableton live: http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Ableton-Live-5-RealTime-Music-Production-Software?sku=702490

you would be all set, ablketon will detect the midi device thorugh the 410 and youll be all set.

Hope that helps

You might be stuck having to hire a monkey to switch the sequency for you.
Or maybe a midget.

I had the same problem once, I had cheeze from nachos all over my fingers and didn't want to get it on my equipment (well, most of my equipment), so I hired a circus monkey, whom I later engaged and eventually married.

Good luck!

Walters, this might be your best work yet!
Sequency! :D
