Tuning My Room

Hey Guys, Im in the process in updating my rcording environment(mics, pres, etc) and Decided to tune my room up as well. Im recording in a 12x20ft room with 8 ft ceilings. This room would primarily be used for tracking vocals, accoustic guitars, electric guitars,bass, and mixing.For drum recording, I have access to a church that lets me record there. I get allittle bit of flutter echo in here, So I figured some absorption was in order. What other things would you guys recomend doing to a room of my size?
