Weekend jams. Fun, not complete but posted for no reason.

kill it.

Is that a guitar????

Glad to hear you dust it off! :D

Nice Bass/guitar line. Still got chops.
Bring up them vox!!!

Meshuggah: Yep, the guitar is a loop as are the drums, I got them off some site, can't remember the address. Thanks for listening!

jcmm: Yes it is a guitar. Vox could up, but they have nothing to say in this tune. :) Thanks for checking it out jcmm.

An Al Kooper tribute! :D

Even if he plops like John Entwistle, his music will move on!

Vox could up, but they have nothing to say in this tune.
Yeah right:rolleyes: . I've never heard any of your tunes when you didn't have a damn bunch to say!:D Get'em more out front man, the rest is smokin. Killer gtr's man!*****

David

cool!! you really make some good tones out of your pod:)

good drum loops, too.

what else can I say? I've always been a fan of yours

Al

That's not a pod, and those aren't drum loops either.

Good work dude, guitars sound huge. Vocals sound like you couldn't decide what to say. Fade out was abrupt.

Cool shit!

Slackmaster 2000

oopps, didn't read the first 2 posts to catch the sarcaism.

I thought emeric is a pod user? did you get a new setup now??

Al

Nice git work. Turn your fucking vocal up a lot and often, lol.

Mock our loops more, lol. This needs more kick.

Nice ride.

Hey Em,
Nice one man, ...the verb on the soft vocs in the beginning sounds real live.... really cool for that part. It kinda sounds like you should bear down on the vocs a bit more when it gets heavy though. ....they might be just a touch timid. Nice guits, but thats to be expected. ..nice drums too.....

great song man G

You're experimenting these days. Lots of directions. This has a harder edge than anything I've heard from you. Your voice makes it sound relaxed, but the size of the sound and the electricity and the guitar playing make it big. Nice.

Excellent sound on the big guitar. Nice chord sequence. The drums need to be bigger, but then there's that bit near the end where the drums stumble a bit...

This one's just about there. Do you like it enough to take it all the way? I do.

good tune! No one mentioned it, but I hear some serious crackling coming from the bass I think.. not sure.. I just got some new speakers but this is the first problem I heard.. Maybe it's me.. nice guitars! I like the insanity type vocals too..

how did that download work? I can't find the song on my computer now.. It didn't go to the place where all the other songs go..

Bummer.....

I'll try again later.

drstawl: Alice Cooper cool!, oh Al Kooper. Never heard much of his stuff, I'll check it out. Thanks!

freshears: Thanks for the listen.

A1A2: Yeah it is the pod! The bass line is run through a tube mp with the input gain at around 4 o'clock. Appreciate the listen man. And they are not drum loops :D

Slackmaster2K: Sorry it is a pod but only on the guitars. :) Vocals are a mess on this tune, you're right I couldn't think of what to say so a lot of it is babbling. Fade is not great for sure. Thanks for the feedback.

A1A2: Same old setup.

chrisharris: Once I get the vox sorted out I'll adjust them. Thanks.

Guernica: Yep. vocals are a mess. It was an off day on the vocal creation side of things. Glad you liked it.

dobro: Yeah there is a drum stumble in a few places. We played this live, me through pod, drums miced, no click. The rest was overdubbed (obviously :D ) I do think I will finish this one. I don't like the end part of the guitar solo, I repeat the same thing for way too many bars. The song actually goes on for 6 minutes, but it got progessively less stable beyond the 3 minute mark... Thanks for the listen.

B.SABBATH: Thanks for listening. You are right there is some crackle in a few places. The mix might be distorting, I didn't watch levels to closely, I'll have to narrow down the source as a friend of mine also noticed this. I couldn't hear it for some reason.

New technology installed on my site, the song downloads once and then deletes itself after one listen... nah. No idea.

M.Brane: Very strange, I've never seen that message before and it just worked when I tried it now. Maybe my site doesn't work with netscape.

Cool jam!

The bass is pretty thick in general. Vocal is pretty low in there too. Cymbals have a bit of the "gong" sound goin' on.

Nice solo!

Nice fast DL too. Guess there was just too much traffic earlier:

Had to listen through phones.......

Another great mix, nice and quiet noise wise. Very cool playing, drums, tune, Kit and Kabuttal.

The drums keep it especially interesting. Kind of reminds me of Deep Purple drum play, great work!!

Fuzz bass allright!! Why not!!

Great work!!

GT

Cool stuff! I dig the fuzz bass too. Please let us know when it's finished!
