ok.
I'm just trying to do a basic mixdown onto the computer from my 4 track. I'm running the 4 track into the mic input of my computer and then using audacity (now the demo n-track). ok. I've done this several times before, and it worked out alright. However, I've always had problems with the mixdown being really slow. Sometimes it's ok; sometimes it's not. My question is--what is causing this? How do I ensure the master runs at the correct speed?
I have "mic input" selected in audacity/n-track. Where is my line in--do I have one besides the mic input?
It's driving me mad. Nothing fancy. I just want the thing to play at full speed.
Can someone explain this?
Thank you.
