Trying to clean up Butterfly mess

Can I take a vocal track off my recorder which will come in Wave format and fix this vocal with say FL, Cakewalk or Cool Edit. Thanks

Those programs will open the file but what you can do depends on what you want to fix.

reason for clip

Thats the reason for the clip. I'm hearing a lot about the clipping and thought I could maybe surpress it a little. You'd have to hear it. I think you would know what I meant. Thanks anyways.
