trouble

somebody can explain me why when I try to burn from cdarchitec (sonic foundry) I get troubles (jumps, clippings, etc) in tracks, specifically starting in 8 or 9 to the end?
I don't understand

What speed are you burning at?

I've read someone here say that they only burn at 4x or 8x because the faster speeds loose quality.

Try burning at a slower speed.

This stuff gets kinda wierd - I had a similar prob with CDA (Magix & Easy CD creator) that went away when I stopped using my computer CDR writer and began using a DVD/CDR firewire writer.

I assume you're making an image file first and the image file is ok ? I think you can listen to it if I member correctly.

what a pain, eh - if you're burning CDs you're almost there hang in there!

It could also be cheap CD's.
