I previously have always recorded with tapes but am being turned onto using digital recorders. A friend of mine allowed me to use his digital recorder to experiment with (Not sure off the top of my head what brand it is) . I then connected his card reader through my USB port and uploaded the files. When I looked at what I uploaded the files were saved in .AUD .INI and .SEQ format. Can anyone tell me either how to convert these to a playable format, or what type of software I will need to get so that I can begin to edit these tracks. Right now my main concern is getting the files converted and recorded onto an Audio CD so that I can listen to at least the live/raw stuff I recorded. Thanks in advance for everyones help.

Ooooh

Hey,

I saw your post yesterday, but it took longer then I thought to find information on the AUD format!

I found a converter, its command line based though, and it says it only converts mono files. There is also a plugin for winamp media player that will let you play them, however that doesnt fix your burning problem.

Here is the winamp plugin:

And here is the converter:

It would be helpful if you could provide the name and model number so I can do some more in-depth searching.
