Ok.
Here's the equipment:
Digi 003, Motu 828 MK2, Sonar Producer Edition on Windows XP. Both interfaces feed into a 24 input board.
Here's my digital signal path:
003(master) connected to 828 (slave) via optical. Both units connected via FireWire to PC. This set up allows me 16 analog outs.
Here's the question:
The 828 has a total of 12 analog outs when I use the mainouts and headphone output, and the 003 at least 10 (counting mainouts, I'm not familiar with the 003 so I don't know if I can utilize the 2 headphone outputs as separate busses).
How can I maximize my outputs with the listed equipment?
