I searched the web for a solution, but so far found nothing, so hopefully someone here might be able to point me in the right direction..
I have an Aardvark Direct Pro 24/96 which has worked fine for about a year, but when school started to catch up with me I disconnected it and stored it out of the way while I finished up the school year. A few days ago I brought it back out to begin recording again and none of the inputs work. The outputs work fine, but I'm getting no signal in any of the inputs. I tried using all of the inputs straight from my guitar, from an effects processor, from my amp, from a condenser mic and from a dinamic mic, no signal at all from any of them.
My computer is running windows XP with an Intel pentium 4 2.8 Ghz processor, 512 mb ram. I have the latest drivers installed.
I tried to fix the problem by a number of ways.. I first tried restarting my computer, disconnecting and reconnecting the cables, nothing helped. I reinstalled the drivers, I switched the card to a different PCI slot. I uninstalled it and booted my computer up without the card and then shut-down and reinstalled the card and drivers. I've pretty much run out of ideas. It was afterhours when I was trying to fix it, so I couldn't call tech support. I e-mailed them and am awaiting a reply, and if I can't fix it by monday I will call their tech support, because I have heard good things about it.
Any ideas or suggestions or any type of help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
