I'm going to try to explain this as best as i can do. I wanted to know if anyone can help me out on this subject. I want to trademark a name for my music production company, I wanted to know if i trademark my name nationally in the USA, and I produce a few tracks on a album thats out on a major label, and the album is release in Europe. And a production company in Europe has the same name as mines. Can I be sue for that In Europe?
I hope you understand my question.

Nah they ain't gonna sue you for it in Europe.........well I guess anyone can sue you though............I wouldn't really worry about it too much as long as its trademarked over here........Your not known musically until you break in the US, so I can't see a European label suin you ova there cuz you would return the favor when they came to this country.....and all oversea's music want to break in the states...

interesting question.. actually I have no idea, but my instinct would tell me to change names, in case your label would grow.

But maybe I am a bit too precaucious. I don't use a couple of songs anymore because I think they ressemble a little too much an excisting one.
