Track-marks???

How does one go about putting track marks on a file to go on CD in CoolEdit Pro 2? The file in question is a DJ mix which needs to be split into tracks.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've had no luck so far. Thanks.
 
It's called a seque-

Use the search function for this CEP forum, I've posted how to do this twice since the beginning of the summer
 
Well I've had a search and can't seem to find any info.
I thought that this topic had probably been tackled a few times in the past, but if anyone can be arsed to skim over it again for my benefit it would be a great help. Sorry to be a bore! Cheers.
