I have to tunes completed that run into each other...I was wondering what can I do to add a track line in between the two songs for when I burn it...I have sound Forge...does that work???

Are they two separate songs, or does one song intentionally lead into the next without a clear break.
If there is no clear break between the two songs (and you did this deliberately) then you should be able to establish separate tracks within your CD burning software. Some software will allow you to drop a track marker wherever you want. What software do you use to burn with? Do a search in the help file for track markers.
If the songs are supposed to be two standalone songs, then you can cut them into two separate wave files using Sound Forge or Sonar.
