I have a HUGE problem. I want to use my (Pro Tools)(Alesis DM5)(Battery)(Midiyoke)(Acoustic Drum Triggers) all together and use samples from (Drumkit From Hell). I have Win XP home.
I cannot get these programs to work together. I can get Battery up and running by itself. I can get the DKFH samples to "sound" in Battery.
I seem to be able to record midi notes in PT but I cant get them to "sound" in PT using the "Aux" track method of monitoring. I believe I have midiyoke installed properly. When I look in Battery midi options I see all the midiyoke options for the inports and outports. But I dont know what to do with them.
In PT when I look at the input and output options for the midi track I see the Midiyoke options but again dont know what to do with them. I have tried alot of different combonations but still I get nothing.
And latley I have been messing with the options on both PT and Battery so much that sometimes I cant even open Pro Tools after I open Battery. It says that it "cannot aquire the digihardware..." Or if I open PT first it wont let me open Battey...
My big problem is that I seem to have the routing options available but I dont know what to do with them. Can someone explain how to route all of these programs together??? I know I cant be the only one who has attempted this...Please help???
