TOSLink connectors and bulk cable

Does anybody know of a source for bulk fiber optic cable and TOSLink connectors? I found only two places that sold the connectors, only one of which told what size fiber it was for, and no places that sold fiber that big (400 micron core). The biggest fiber I can find is 65 micron core, and it goes down from there.
