Too Many Users Are Logged on. You'll have to wait!!!

What is up with this new, TOO MANY USER'S ARE CURRENTLY LOGGED ON bullshit? I have never seen anything like that before. Now suddenly the last 4 or 5 times I have tried to logg on I get this message. What is the problem Dragon?

It happens to me 4 to 5 times every day for at least the last week. I think Dragon is doing something with the system but not sure what. What I've had to do to get back in is delete all the cookies and try again. It's a short term fix though as and hour or so later when I refresh the screen I get thet "to many users logged in" messege.
