Issue #1-anytime I see an 800# anymore, I think one thing.....I am going to be talking to a machine. Just a bad vibe I get from them.

Issue #2-I couldn't imagine that anyone would be calling me from out of my metro calling area to ask me about recording them.

I guess it is cool if you have a music store or do a lot of selling online and whatnot. But not for your average home recording folks.
