hey,

i just finished this. any comments on anything are welcome. just remember i'm not a singer, and don't pretend to be one. i know they're not great, but as i was doing them i was very concious that if i managed to correct mistakes in the next take, i'd probably mess something up that i got right before :P

the whole thing is intentionally fairly 'ambivolent' sounding - lots of mixed up time signatures and things.

there's a lot of soft synths, but anything that isn't was recorded through a Studio Projects B1 going through the pres on my yamaha MG12/4.

Nice but needs an instrumental melody to support the vocal & lyric.
VERY quiet.
 
aha, i see.

yeah, a few people have said that to me. i'm thinking maybe a more flowing melody line would do a similar job, without filling up any more space.

and i'll try and make it louder. i just wasn't thinking about that when i was mixing.
