Here's a thought:

to seperate the hip/hop from everything else in the MP3 clinic, if everyone titled their subject line beginning with HIP/HOP: (or some other agreed upon word) then whatever else they wanted to name it, it would draw a distinction between everything else there and you would know which MP3s to check out, if you were only interested in rap.
