to karma owners

is it posiible for the karma to output ge notes as midi ?
meaning can i record ge patterns into my sequencer(logic) and then edit them to my liking. i'm talking about actual midi note data. if it's posiible can u guys please tell me the procedures.

It should be but I am not sure

I suppose since you can contorl a sound module with the KARMA function, you could send the same information to Logic and see if it will record ust the midi information. There is a function under Menu 3.1 PRM where you can select either INT, EXT, or BOTH. This selects either internal sounds, external sounds or both. Try setting it to external and then try setting logic for the same midi channel and see what happens. I don't see why the edit functions would not work in logic. They will not effect the GE in the KARMA, however, whatever is recorded should be editable like anything else.
