A couple of weeks ago, I was asking a lot of questions
in the newbie section, as a was new to homerecording.
No I finally got my first song ready, and its located at http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/158/l_e_v_i.html

I would really appreciate if someone would listen and give me some feedback.
I know it's not "state of the art" but still.... ;)

I checked it out. I thought it was fine. Don't get to many songs like this in here, you know ballads or whatever. Harmony was good and the strings sounded great...Ray J

Sentimental, pretty whore music

Well you got that whole soft focus soundtrack thing just *down*. Except for the subject matter, this could be a Disney tune. Good sound, well put together. I bet it's got commercial potential - have you tried moving it? Taxi?

That was nice and a good sound...as dobro mentioned, it could be commercial....I think the vocals could come up a bit, though.....gibs

thanks for listening folks.
After sleepless nights in the studio, it's
really great to get some feedback.
Thanks a lot! :)

I'm no pro

I'm hearing occasional small "hiccups"... I'm sure it's the MP3 encoder. It's seems to be mostly in the first minute or so, but it's really noticable since the mix is so clear. Did I mention the mix was really clear :)? Anything I could find would fall in the sujective nit-picking category. Really good job.

Thanks pglewis.
I get the same hiccups when I'm playing it, so it has
to be the MP3. (i'm using music match)
Thanks again for your time!
