I see all these questions, and basically, you arent going to understand what the hell is going on unless you read a little more then what people reply. When we tell you to get a FC-PGA and not a PPGA you should kinda realise that is because of the benefis for overclocking. You should understand why P3 chips and Athlon chips dont all go into the same motherboards. This basic knowledge will help you feel more confident about putting these computers together. I know this isnt a DAW outline, but if you are really feeling like putting together a computer then this is a good start.
