tip ring sleeve "Y" cable for effects?

Don't know if this is the correct forum for this, but here goes..

Can anyone tell me where I can find some 1/4 tip ring sleeve to send and return "Y" cables for effects loops? I've been lookin' on junkbay, and a couple other places on the net, but no luck.
