Time Warp button missing?

I have just upgraded to Artist 12. In some of the videos Ive watched online the Time Warp button is in the Toolbar . In my version of Artist this particular button is not there. Is this button only included in the Pro version?

This is what I have - in the toolbar at the top and the right click bar - I'm sure I read Elements did not have it but artist did?
