Time change in SX?

I can't figure how to do a time change in cubase sx! Their has to be a way to do but I can't figure it out. Help ME!!
 
Not at my music computer right now, so don't remember exactly where things are, but basically on the transport bar change Tempo from Fixed to Master. Then open the master tempo track (don't remember which menu it is under tho). There at the top you can set the time signature. I'll give better/more detailed info once I am home.
 
hit ctrl + T to open up up the tempo track.

make sure the 'master' button on the transport is pressed.

draw in change on the tempo track.
 
Thank you...theis is gonna sound dumb..where is the master button on the panel? I don't see anything on it that says MASTER. Am I missing something?
 
Right next to where you set Tempo. It's probably set to "Fixed" right now.
