I read someone on the Sonar newsgroup had used them and had pretty good success with them. From the description on the site, it sounds like they have their act together. They are recognizing that many muscians have these sound cards, but Creative is ignoring them.
I downloaded them and maybe will give them a whirl with my SB Live Value this coming weekend.
I was getting ready to reformat my hdd and do a fresh OS install anyway - so if things don't go right...

i got the kx drivers a couple of days ago as i've been having a lot of problems with the creative ones. the creative website updates DO NOT work for my SBLive, and the supposed Win2k updates just made it crash more.
the kx ones a really good, i've not really noticed a massive improvement in latency, but there was some. the mixer is excellent, and the fact that you now have access to a lot of setting you didn't before is wicked. i'm pleased, will someone do some skins for it tho?!

Ok, I installed the kX-drivers... and had to uninstall them because I couldn't figure out how to make kX-drivers play back MIDI via soundfonts!
Any suggestions?
