Thinking about getting a motu HD192

im familiar with the fact it comes with a pci card
but i dont understand how im supposed to monitor my mixes or use headphones
because
there are no main outs on the thing
or a headphone out
can anyone help me on figuring this system out
 
What's to not understand? It has 12 balanced inputs and 12 balanced outputs (+4/XLR jacks)

Plug whatever you want to be converted to digital into the inputs, and plug the outputs into whatever playback/routing devices you want.

If this isn't clear to you, perhaps you should start out with something a little more basic. There are also some good books to read on the subject of audio routing.

The software you use to record it will let you route whatever tracks to whatever outputs, so just route your tracks to 1-2 and connect your monitors on 1-2.
