Looks cool, wish I had the money to blow on the "bleeding edge" something that will be second rate in a year.

I want the award-winning large-format simultaneous Grand Canyon Series Displays you can get with it!

I wonder what we will be recording with in twenty years. haha i know what i will have: my same old lap top and tascam us122... stuedent for life.

Old news. I posted a link to this here several months ago.

MaxPC had an article on them. Fast, but the inside looks like a frickin' rat's nest.

Not what I'd expect for that expensive of a machine. THey also couldn't deliver the RAM drives or some of the other "propriatary" parts they brag about.

Wow the Grand Canyon 92" display is only $18 grand.

Of course it comes with a full 90 day complimentary deluxe warranty.

This place is a sham. I can and have built systems that would own these pieces of junk for much less than they are charging (I've had P4s over 4GHz with phase-change cooling like they are using). Half the so-called technical speak that they spout on that page is a bunch of hooey. I mean really, it's total nonsense.

Plus, whatever motherboard they're using for the P4s doesn't even use Intel's CSA bus. At least they could give you a premium motherboard for that price. My guess, based on the 3Com 3C940 network controller and the ADI1985 audio chipset, is that it's an Asus P4C800-Deluxe. So, they're telling you that for $3500 (minimum) they can't spend the extra 5 bucks for an Asus P4C800E-Deluxe (the difference in price between the boards is based on NewEgg's pricing). Or better, go wild and spend an extra $15 and get Abit's IC7-Max3.

Whatever...

Anyway, the take home message here is don't spend your money with these clowns.

And if you have WAY too much money on your hands, send me $3500 and I'll build you a faster system with more memory and disk space, and I'll even be nice enough ;) to throw in a swanky monitor.

And the other half is just stupid names they've given to shit that's existed for years.
