The TrutH is Confused!! Tascam 428 or Audiosport Quattro?

The truth is confused!! I intend to buy a usb multi input device and i have problems in deciding whether to buy the audiospot quattro by m-audio or the USB428 by tascam. Is the price difference too much between the two products for me to buy the 428? Can anyone give me feedback about the products?
