It's an article in the new guitar magazine with Buddy Guy on the cover. Line 6 will be putting the 32 bit floating point SHARC chips into their next generation of gear. This is the same as zenTera which is in its own league. All your old PODS will be worthless junk! (got g.a.s?)
 
So.

ZOOM put out a ton of pocket amps, but none where ever as cool as their very first one.

I'll wait and see what Line6 does, and be quite content with my POD.

Another reason not to spend money on this junk. Save you money and invest in fine guitars and tube amps. They will never lose their value.
 
i'm never going to buy another reverb, i'm saving my money to buy a great sounding room... :)

while i'm at it, maybe i'll buy several...
 
I hear the North stairwell of the Seafirst tower is great for drums, but if you want a nice hall you'll need something different. I wonder if one of the Space Shuttle hangars is up for sale.

Funny you mentioned stairwells. Must be every college guitar player discovers the Holy Stairwell and figures it's The First Time. Happened to me, too. We had a band called the Northern Stairwell String Band.
