Remember the DeArmond blowouts? I missed the boat on that one.

Remember the Fender $100 rebate PLUS 100 Fender Gear Bucks(or, whatever they called them) PLUS GC's $100 off? I ended up walking out the door with a brand new, two color sunburst American Series Strat, with case for $600 with case!

I predicted some great inventory clearance prices when Gretch merged with Fender. No way.

I wonder what the next great guitar sale will be?

Fender just updated their line and some stuff has been discontinued, as it usually is once or twice every year.

Look for the super-sales on remaining stocks at the Guitar Center one-day sale on Labor Day, if your GC has any of these items left over.

What's discontinued? I don't know. Fender doesn't publish a list for the public, but a bunch of colors and options and soforth ceased production with the introduction of new gear for NAMM.
