Ok, here's the second song I recorded, last year, after getting my digital 4 track. Hadn't played in many years, and had to try this one....and I tried to sing, not yell... :D

Traffics Dear Mr. Fantasy:

Blows, but man, fun to play...

Enjoy.

I have a cover of "Sympathy for the Devil" but I don't know where I can upload it.

yeah how do you host your own songs?

You have to have a webhost.

Most places like soundclick won't allow covers due to the potential threat from lawsuits. I don't know the exact rules (laws), but most sites err on the side of caution - as do I with lightningMP3 - I really can't afford to be sued......... :D

I was going to upload my "Sympathy for the Devil" to Soundclick, the site is down. I remember about a week ago, there was a message in my band admin page saying that we can now upload covers if we have the licensing, etc...I do have the lpermission for it, so I will upload it once they're back up again. Unless anyone knows of a hosting site that allows covers if we have permission.

OK, I just uploaded "SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL" on my Soundclick page. Not sure if they'll take it down or not. I have the written permission to use it from EMI, but they might need to see that before letting me leave it up.
I did this a bout a year and a half ago with not as good gear and less recording knowledge, so it's not the best recording, but was still fun to do.

Pretty cool. I was gonna comment on how thin the guitar sounded (in fact, it almost sounds midi-ish) until I reached 1:20. Nice contrast.

Well done.

RAMI, that was excellent!!! Put mine to shame. Way to go!!! Very Jagger like with the vocs, and cool music.

Oh yes. That was awesome, man. Awesome vocals, lead and backs. Great arrangement, great recording. That really is excellent.

Here are some recent ones I have done..............just for fun, and to try and learn how to play and sing at the same time lol.......

enjoy:
Velvet Alley - Strung Out Cover

Throwin It All Away - ZW Cover

Without Wings - Corrosion Of Conformity Cover

Play Crack The Sky - Brand New Cover
Not familiar with any of these. But I listened to Strung Out. I really dig your voice. Nice emotion in it. The harmonies are dynomite. Did you do all the voices? I would like to hear this with more instrumentation. The stings are nice, but they come in pretty late in the song. Good stuff.

Ok, Here's one my band did back around 92, we were putting together some demo stuff and we recorded this on my Yamaha 4 track, Last year I pulled it into the DAW and messed with it...

It's Brown Eyed Girl...

The drummer is singing and I'm playing the piano and main guitar.

Enjoy!
