I guess it's just a matter of taste. I have used both mics, and I've found the AKG 414 to be a more "natural-sounding" mic. Don't get me wrong, I like the TLM 103 and Neumanns in general. In fact, my favorite mic is the Neumann U47. I just like the AKG sound at this price point.
