Hello Folks,
Ido1957 posted the mix of this song a couple of weeks back.
Since then the song has been mastered.
There are two versions. There is no competition: just alternate versions each of which has its own nuances that make it too good to not keep.

It is rude of me to have these as downloads I know BUT they are mastered and streaming wouldn't be quite right for the relative sonics so these are MP3 320s.

For those who didn't drop in on the last one this has JoeyM on vocals, Ido1957 on lead guitar and GregL on percussion.

Enjoyed doing this one Ray - both masters turned out great - each with it's own pluses.... :D:D:D:D

From the counter on the side of the thread I can see there've been quite a number of views but no comments from folk not involved in the recording.
Each file is approx 10meg.
Does no one have an opinion about the final versions?
 
ill give it a good listen when I get back and give you my two bob for what its worth mate....out in the tropics just now, dont even have my headphones ;)
 
Listened to the 2nd download 1st.....wow...that sounds really great Ray! Total Bowie vibe to me, which I dig.....Mix sounds fantastic to me,great job by all involved for sure!!!!

LIstend to 1st download 2nd, to my ears , which pretty much suck....sounds pretty clost to the 2nd download ( which I listened to 1st)...maybe a little darker? Both Rock for sure....
 
Joey's vocals are a dead ringer for Bowie in spots, I've never heard him in them before. I really like the melodies in this and the way the song is structured and how it travels. Mix sounds great too. You guys must be happy how this turned out

I'm digging it. Love Joey's voice on this, I'd bring it up a bit. I'd bring up the kik a bit, but I'd ALWAYS bring the kik up, so remember who that's coming from.:D
