For this mid-side test we used Peluso 22 251 and AT 4033 -- how does it sound to you?

It wastes everyone's time, including yours.

  :D

the b4decoding track sounds panned to the left

the after decoding track sounds like it has a very quick channel delay and panned to the right, it also doesn't sound as bright and lacks defintion more so sounds overprocessed

OK. No more "crossposting", I promise. Even though many drummers don't read the other section (and vice-versa). Getting opinions from both drummers and recording engineers is never a waste of time, IMO. But OK, no more "crossposting".

But you also could've checked the files and given me your opinion rather than just "wasting your time" telling me what your rules are.

Now, how do I delete this crosspost?!?

You don't delete it.

And don't get pissy just because you don't know everything.

Wow...

I know for me I wouldnt have seen this thread unless it was so negligently "crossposted". Ive done the same thing myself on matters like this where it is about mics but you also want the opinion of drummers who might not check out other forums. I could understand how this would be a bad habit if he did this every thread, or if he crossposted a question about a drumhead here AND in recording techniques, etc...
