Terratec Phase 88 should work just fine with Cubase SX (ASIO 2 ) and AMD Athlon XP but you might want to compare results of these benchmarks done with Right Mark Audio and Cubase SX with much cheaper Terratec DMX 6 Fire 24/96 and Phase 22 (if you don't need 8 channels of ADC)
