Is there a way to fix an unwanted tempo change in CEP2?? Or some other software? I know CE has an evelope follower thingy, but I'm not sure what that does exactly.....does anyone know??

you could do it. yet it would be a pain. and there really is not a "science" with it. Just trial and error. Best to just re-record and start all over.

hehe...yeah, I know it would be best to re-record, but that isn't an option, unfortunately. I was just wondering if there was something I could get that would detect the beat and smooth it out....rather than me copy and pasting and stretching my way through it...

u know that would be a cool plugin to write.
before i recorded with a metrodome, i would always accidentally change tempo and stuff.
what would be good would be a plugin where you basically tap out the beats in the song (by hitting the spacebar or something) so that the song knows exactly what the tempo of each part of the song is, and then you can dynamically change it all to one tempo.

it is called Sonar. You can give midi instructions about tempo and time signatures.
